Purchase terms & conditions
These terms apply to purchases you make via OPTOKART. The general site terms continue to apply. Last updated: April 2026 — have legal sign-off before production.
1. Contract with the partner
The sale of goods and lab work (frames, lenses, add-ons) is made by the partner store identified in your order path or confirmation, subject to that store's product guarantees and the law. OPTOKART is the platform and payment path unless we explicitly act as the seller in writing.
2. Your order is an offer
A submitted order is your offer to buy. The store may accept or reject it (e.g. stock, prescription, or service-area limits). We will use reasonable effort to show accurate availability, but the confirmation email or in-app state marks acceptance.
3. Price and fees
The price, taxes, lens options, and delivery or convenience fees (if any) are those displayed at or before you pay, except where a manifest error is corrected and you are given the option to confirm or cancel. Promos are subject to stated rules and dates.
4. Prescription and measurements
You are responsible for the accuracy of prescription and measurement information you provide. Rework or replacement for errors in data you supplied may be chargeable. Clinical advice remains with a qualified professional, not the website text alone.
5. Payment
Online payment is governed by our online payment terms. The partner or courier may require identity or signature at handover where appropriate.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
See Shipping & policy hub and the refund policy for time limits and process. Custom and lens orders may not be returnable for change of mind.
