Online payment terms

1. Payment service

Online payments on this site are processed by Razorpay (or a successor processor we name at checkout). By paying, you also accept that provider's terms and privacy policy for the limited purpose of completing the transaction.

2. Methods

Where available, you may use domestic debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported wallets. The exact list is shown in the payment sheet at checkout. All amounts are in INR unless stated otherwise.

3. When you are charged

We request payment for the order total (frame, lenses, and fees) as shown on the review screen. Authorisation and capture follow Razorpay rules; a successful capture is recorded on your order. Order and payment state updates for critical fields are applied on the server after confirmation — not from the browser alone.

4. Failed or reversed payments

If a payment fails, no charge should complete; retry from checkout or use another method. If money was debited but the order did not complete, the bank or Razorpay will typically auto-reverse within their timelines. Contact us with the transaction id if the amount does not return within a reasonable period.

5. Refunds to your payment method

When a refund is approved, it is usually sent back to the original card, UPI, or account. Timing depends on banks and networks (often several business days). See the refund policy for eligibility.

6. Security

We do not ask you to share full card data by email. Complete payment only on the secure Razorpay checkout. If something looks suspicious, stop and use official contact channels.
