- What is OPTOKART?
- OPTOKART is a hyperlocal platform that helps you find verified optical stores, compare options, and (where available) get fast delivery on eyewear — powered by partner opticians in your city.
- Does “3-hour delivery” apply to every order?
- No. Express windows only apply where a partner store supports them for that product, area, and time of day. You will always see the live promise on the product page or at checkout before you pay.
- Is the online vision check a prescription?
- No. Our online screening is educational and for lead routing only. It is not a medical diagnosis. You need an in-person examination for an accurate prescription and eye health assessment.
- What does “Verified by OPTOKART” mean?
- It means we have completed our business and quality checks for that partner at the time of verification. It does not replace your own judgment or professional medical advice.
- I run a store. How do I join?
- Start from our partner page — we list you by city and locality, and eligible stores can earn the verified badge after onboarding.
- Who do I contact for refunds or shipping issues?
- Your contract is usually with the fulfilling store. Use the contact details on your order confirmation, or reach OPTOKART support and we will help route you. See our policies page for full detail.
